Stock market outlook gloom continues as losing quarter ends, oil hits new highs (The Canadian Press via Yahoo! Canada News)

TORONTO - As the price of oil probed new highs above US$143 a barrel, overseas stock markets were generally down and Wall Street index futures pointed to a weak opening.
